All fees are due before classes start. The $50 deposit reserves your space but does not secure the Early Bird pricing.
A great deal of time and expense is invested into the preparation and organization of each class. It is difficult and oftentimes impossible to recover costs and/or find a student to replace a cancelled registrant and so our cancellation and refund policies reflect this.
Full refunds, minus a $25 administrative fee for private healing sessions or under 4 hr classes, a $50 non-refundable deposit for 4+ hours classes, and $100 non-refundable deposit for over 4+ months programs, are given to registrants who cancel with at least 7 days notice prior to the event or beginning of the program. Cancellations made less than 7 days of the event or session forfeit a refund. However, we understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances do happen. As such we offer the courtesy of transferring your tuition to a different class within six months of the originally scheduled class with a $15 administrative fee for single day classes and a $30 fee for multi-day classes and sessions. Cancellations made less than 24 hrs before a class or healing session forfeit a refund and cannot be rescheduled. Short notice cancellations and no-shows do not give time enough to offer the place to someone on the waiting list, so the fees paid cannot be refunded or transferred. For physical products purchased from our store we can issue full refunds if returned in their original form within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All digital access/deliveries are final.
Refunds for cancellations of pre-enrollments for online courses, made before the course launch date, may be issued minus the full value of any bonuses or extras mailed or delivered before the cancellation. Cancellations of online programs may receive a partial refund for any undelivered course material on a pro-rated basis based on the full price of the program, exluding any special savings offers. Founding students for any given program are treated as in-person students, given the nature of the program design and reliance on founding students for launch. Founding students for any given program, who choose to cancel, may receive a transfer of tuition, minus a $15 admin fee, to both digital and in-person prducts with the exclusion of physical products.
A class or session can only be rescheduled a maximum of 2 times, after that, the tuition is forfeit. The maximum number of late notice cancellations from a student (even if for different classes) is 3 times. After that, I understand I am not that student’s teacher. In order to create a comfortable and safe learning environment for all students, Crystal Healer reserves the right to dismiss any student that exhibits any inappropriate behavior or tendencies disruptive to the training. If you are unable to attend because of financial challenges contact me before the class start date to discuss options and find a way to make it happen.
